1 interaction was found for the drugs you selected.

METHYLDOPA in Aldomet Suspension may interact with PHENYLEPHRINE in 4-Way Fast Acting
Although the cause of this potential interaction is not fully understood, you may experience an increase in blood pressure when methyldopa and phenylephrine are used at the same time. Phenylephrine is an ingredient that is commonly contained in over-the-counter nasal decongestants and other products used to relieve cold and flu symptoms. To avoid potential problems, ask your doctor or pharmacist before using any over-the-counter drugs while you are taking methyldopa. Your doctor may want to check your blood pressure more frequently when these drugs are used together. If it becomes too high, a change in therapy may be needed. Discuss this potential interaction with your healthcare provider at your next appointment, or sooner if you think you are having problems.

This interaction is poorly documented and is considered moderate in severity.
