PHENELZINE in Phenelzine may interact with PHENYLEPHRINE in 4-Way Fast Acting
Both phenelzine and phenylephrine can increase your blood pressure. When these drugs are used at the same time, you may be more likely to experience a dangerously high increase in blood pressure. Phenelzine and phenylephrine should generally not be used together. Phenylephrine is an ingredient that is commonly contained in over-the-counter nasal decongestants and other products used to relieve cold and flu symptoms. To avoid potential problems, ask your doctor or pharmacist before using any over-the-counter drugs while you are taking phenelzine. If these drugs must be used at the same time, your doctor may want to check your blood pressure frequently. Contact your doctor immediately if you suddenly experience a severe headache, visual disturbances, a high fever, chest pain, shortness of breath, stomach pain, or difficulty concentrating. Ask your healthcare provider about these drugs and this potential interaction as soon as possible.

This interaction is well-documented and is considered major in severity.
