1 interaction was found for the drugs you selected.

Creatine in Creatine Monohydrate may interact with CELECOXIB in Celebrex
Large, continued doses of creatine may have been associated with cases of kidney damage ? especially for individuals who already have kidney conditions. If creatine is taken at the same time as celecoxib, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug that may also damage kidney tissues, the risk of kidney damage may increase. Signs of kidney damage may not be apparent until major damage is done; but they may include bloody or dark urine, confusion, muscle weakness, nausea, reduced amounts of urine, seizures, swollen feet or legs, tiredness, and vomiting. Although the risk of kidney damage is small for most individuals, supplemental creatine should be avoided while celecoxib is being taken. Ask your healthcare provider about these drugs and this potential interaction as soon as possible.

This interaction is poorly documented and is considered major in severity.
