CEPHALEXIN in Cephalexin may interact with FAMOTIDINE in Pepcid Oral

Famotidine may decrease the absorption of cephalexin into the body resulting in lower blood levels of cephalexin. Persons on famotidine should take cephalexin with meals to increase absorption. You may want to ask your healthcare provider about this potential interaction if you think you are having problems.
