Known interactions between the following drugs: Cerebyx, Diazepam

1 interaction was found for the drugs you selected.

FOSPHENYTOIN in Cerebyx may interact with DIAZEPAM in Diazepam
Diazepam may increase the amount of fosphenytoin in the body, resulting in an increase in side effects. Side effects that may occur with the use of fosphenytoin include drowsiness, dizziness, headaches, and blurred vision. Other more serious or potentially life-threatening side effects include anemia due to a decrease in red blood cells, repeated infections due to a decrease in white blood cells, excessive bleeding due to changes in the blood's ability to clot, and damage to the liver. Blood levels of fosphenytoin should be checked when therapy with diazepam is added or stopped. You may want to ask your healthcare provider about this potential interaction if you think you are having problems.

This interaction is poorly documented and is considered moderate in severity.
