DEXAMETHASONE in Maxidex may interact with FOSPHENYTOIN in Cerebyx
Fosphenytoin may decrease the effectiveness of dexamethasone by increasing their removal from the body. Likewise, dexamethasone may decrease the effectiveness of fosphenytoin. If it appears as though you are not responding to dexamethasone or fosphenytoin, your doctor may decide to increase the doses. Discuss this potential interaction with your healthcare provider at your next appointment, or sooner if you think you are having problems.
