Known interactions between the following drugs: Agenerase, Levitra

Amprenavir may block the breakdown of vardenafil by the liver. If this happens, blood levels of vardenafil could be increased and this could increase the risk of side effects. This may be especially dangerous for people who have heart disease. Avoid using Amprenavir and vardenafil at the same time, if possible. If these drugs are used together, do not take more than 2.5mg of vardenafil in a 72 hour period. Ask your healthcare provider about these drugs and this potential interaction as soon as possible.
