SENNA in Agoral Liquid may interact with HYDROCORTISONE in Antibiotic
Potentially, taking senna and an oral corticosteroid such as hydrocortisone at the same time could reduce potassium levels in the body. Low potassium levels, also called hypokalemia, may result in symptoms such as depression, low blood pressure, nausea, stomach cramps, or thirst. More serious symptoms of hypokalemia may include changes in heart rhythm, hallucinations, and muscle weakness. Oral corticosteroids such as hydrocortisone and senna should not be taken together. Discuss this potential interaction with your healthcare provider at your next appointment, or sooner if you think you are having problems.

This interaction is poorly documented and is considered moderate in severity.
