Vinca Minor in Lesser Periwinkle may interact with
DIAZOXIDE in Diazoxide
Chemicals in Vinca minor are thought to lower blood pressure. If Vinca minor is taken at the same time that a blood pressure-lowering drug such as diazoxide is used, blood pressure may become too low. Signs of low blood pressure may not be apparent, but fainting, dizziness, confusion, headache, and an irregular heartbeat could be signs that blood pressure is too low. In general, Vinca minor should not be taken at the same time as diazoxide.
You may want to ask your healthcare provider about this potential interaction if you think you are having problems.
This interaction is poorly documented and is considered minor in severity.
