St. John?s Wart taken for more than 15 days may increase the way voriconazole is broken down by the body. This may lead to decreased blood levels of voriconazole, which could cause a decreased effect of voriconazole. It is best to avoid taking St. John?s Wort and voriconazole together. Contact your doctor if you are taking voriconazole before using a nonprescription or herbal product.
